We make fabric to wholesale specifications and every order is produced against an approved sample. Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.
Sample cards and trial quantities are paid in advance (PayPal available for small amounts). Sample charges are credited against your first production order of 3,000 m or more per style.
Standard payment is a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance due before shipment. A 100% deposit is not required once a sample has been approved.
Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of arrival, supported by photos and (where required) a third-party test report. Claims are settled by replacement, credit or refund only after inspection confirms the fault; claims do not apply to natural linen characteristics such as slubs, neps or minor shade variation between dye lots.
Custom-developed colors, finished goods and cut fabric are non-returnable. Stock colors may be returned only with prior written agreement and are subject to a restocking fee.
