What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 3,000 m per color per style. For new buyers, we recommend starting with a sample card (shipped within 48 hours), then a trial order on one color before scaling up. This keeps your unit cost competitive while the quality is confirmed first.
How fast do you send quotes and samples?
Quotes within 24 hours (usually faster during China business hours), and sample cards within 48 hours. We reply to every inquiry — no exceptions.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment. PayPal is available for sample charges and smaller amounts. Terms for repeat programs can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Can you match my brand's colors?
Yes. We keep 35+ stock colors for fast reorders and offer Pantone color-matching for custom programs. Send us a reference and we will develop the shade before production.
What are your production lead times?
For popular styles we keep weekly stock — reorders can ship quickly. Custom runs (color-match, custom weave or finish) take 25–40 days depending on the specification.
Do you provide test reports for upholstery programs?
Yes. Our upholstery collection is tested to Martindale 25,000+ rubs, and we can provide contract-grade reports on abrasion, colorfastness and shrinkage for furniture and hospitality programs.
