By using this website and placing an order with Linara Linen you agree to the following terms. They are written for wholesale buyers and importers.
Quotes are valid for 15 days from issue unless stated otherwise and are based on the specifications, quantity and payment terms in your inquiry. Prices are per meter in USD unless agreed otherwise.
Our standard minimum order is 3,000 m per color per style. Trial quantities below MOQ are quoted separately. Orders become binding once the proforma invoice is confirmed and the deposit is received.
Production follows the approved sample. Natural linen may vary slightly between dye lots in shade and texture; this is an accepted industry characteristic and not a defect.
Custom colors and designs developed for your program are produced for your exclusive use during our cooperation. We do not resell your proprietary designs to other buyers.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, shipping or use of the goods.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute is first addressed through friendly negotiation between the parties.
