We ship wholesale linen fabric worldwide from China on FOB or CIF terms. This page explains how orders are packed, shipped and documented.
FOB: we deliver the goods on board at the loading port (typically Shanghai or Ningbo) and you arrange ocean freight. CIF: we arrange shipping and insurance to your destination port. Your quote always states the term and port clearly.
Fabric is rolled on cardboard tubes (40–60 m per roll depending on weight), wrapped in polybag and packed in export cartons or bales suitable for ocean freight. Upholstery weights use heavy-duty wrapping.
Stock colors of popular styles are shipped within 5–10 days. Custom production runs (color-match, custom weave or finish) take 25–40 days from deposit and sample approval.
Each shipment includes the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, on request, test reports and certificate of origin.
Sample cards are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation by express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) at our cost or shared cost depending on the program.
