106 gsm 100% linen plain weave at 136cm. Suited to lightweight — shirting, blouses and summer dresses. The plain weave gives a clean, flat surface that dyes and prints evenly. Pure linen, so it carries the fibre’s full texture and cool hand feel.

100% linen, 106 gsm, 136 cm wide, 21 x 21 plain weave, pre-shrunk and rolled at 100 m. This is our lightest pure linen and it exists for one job: to be a print base that does not fight the artwork.
The 21 x 21 construction gives a finer, more closed surface than our 14 x 14 cloths, so fine lines and small repeats come out without the weave swallowing detail. Print studios use it for scarves, dresses, blouses, kimono-style jackets, sarongs and light home textiles such as tea towels and cushion fronts.
It is light enough to stay fluid on the body and sheer enough that some buyers line it. Slubs are still there but small, which reads as character rather than noise under a print. The cloth is pre-shrunk, so register holds through the first wash – worth knowing before you commit a screen set.
If you want the same print idea on a heavier, more substantial cloth, look at the 135 gsm printed linen-viscose. For a heavier solid base in pure linen, the 150 gsm dyed linen sits one step up at 14 x 14.
Pre-shrunk, 100 m per roll, 1,500 m minimum per color. Sample card, strike-off discussion and specification sheet on request.
