160 gsm 55% linen / 45% viscose plain weave at 136cm. Suited to midweight — dresses, trousers and light outerwear. The plain weave gives a clean, flat surface that dyes and prints evenly. Blended so that viscose adds drape and a smooth, fluid hand.

55% linen / 45% viscose, 160 gsm, 136 cm wide, 15 x 15 plain weave, pre-shrunk and supplied on 100 m rolls. A near-equal 50/50 blend is also woven at 175 gsm on the same width if you want a slightly heavier lot.
This is a high-volume apparel cloth. Buyers use it for dresses, blouses, wide trousers, jumpsuits, tunics and lightweight jackets, and it also works for cushion covers and simple curtains. At 160 gsm it is light enough for summer and substantial enough to cut cleanly.
Viscose gives the cloth a fluid fall and a soft, slightly cool hand, and it takes dye deeply, so mid and dark shades come out rich. Linen keeps the surface from looking synthetic: slubs stay visible and the cloth still feels dry rather than slick. It creases less than pure linen and hangs straighter.
If you want the same blend with a diagonal surface, the 200 gsm viscose twill is the heavier, more structured read. For a print base in this blend, see the 135 gsm printed version; for a washed, softer surface, the 200 gsm sand-washed. For the lightest version in this blend, the 130 gsm breathable linen-viscose runs lighter and airier.
